Kara Gray Ludlum, MBA - Chief Executive Officer
Kara and her husband, Marty, founded FDR in 1991. Kara has extensive knowledge of
the funeral industry as well as business and accounting. Kara's family has owned
and operated funeral homes in Frederick, Grandfield, and Lawton for many years which
gives her a broad understanding of the business. Kara graduated with honors from
the University of Oklahoma in 1986 with a degree in accounting and became certified
in 1987. She also obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Cameron University
in 1991. Kara continues to play a vital role in FDR while still staying actively
involved in her own family owned funeral homes. Kara is also a licensed funeral
director and embalmer.
Jayna Mannen - Chief Operating Officer
Jayna has been with Funeral Directors Resource since 1995. She worked part time
while pursuing an accounting degree. Jayna graduated with honors in 1999 from the
University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma and now works for Funeral Directors Resource full time.
Keith Mannen - IT Director
Keith is a graduate of Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma where he received
a finance degree in December 1997. He worked as a staff accountant for a manufacturing
firm and a Credit Union before coming to Funeral Directors Resource in August 2000.
Keith takes care of all the technology needs for FDR. His greatest accomplishment
is re-writing our trust accounting software. He added many features which will allow
our company to grow and better serve our clients.
Ben Adams - Chief Information Officer
Ben has been with FDR since 2007. He has over 15 years of technology industry
experience, industry certifications and a degree in Application Development.
He provides technical guidance for FDR and directs the development of our
software offerings including Osiris, our case management product.
Trey Paschal - Sr. Web Developer
Trey has been employed full time with Funeral Directors Resource Inc. in Lawton
Oklahoma as a Programmer/Web Developer since September 2009.
Trey is responsible for web development and programming involved
with Osiris Case Management Software.
Crystal
Paschal - Graphic Designer/Web Developer
Crystal has been a Graphic Designer and Web Developer since 2004.
Crystal is responsible for customer relations, sales and marketing, graphic design and web development involved
with Osiris Case Management Software.
Pam Vaughan - Staff Accountant
Pam came to FDR as a staff accountant in May 2010. She graduated from Cameron University
with Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. Pam is currently serving as secretary of Comanche County Rural Water District #2. She also serves as County Treasurer and State Vice-President of Oklahoma Home and Community Education.
Roxanne Neal - Staff Accountant
Roxanne has over five years of Business Management and Accounting experience with extensive knowledge in QuickBooks. She has worked with various non-profits locally and regionally.
